CANCELATION - REFUNDS

• The DOWNPAYMENT to RESERVE your items is NON-REFUNDABLE, as this secures your reservation of an item for you and prevents Rustic Charms Decor Rentals from renting that item to any other client during your 4 calendar days rental period.

• We will ALLOW CANCELLATION of your order in the FIRST 24 HOURS after the DOWN PAYMENT has been received.

​

• AFTER the 24 HOURS have passed, if you wish to cancel items, we can accommodate the CANCELLATION UPTO 2 WEEKS (14 days) prior to your event date.

​

• Unfortunately, you will LOSE your DOWNPAYMENT upon cancellation of these items.

​

• There will be no refunds or credit issued for cancellations of events, changes of the event date or location, inclement weather, or for any items that have been reserved but unused.

​

• Please review your rental items carefully for once items are agreed upon, they cannot be canceled or refunded.
